The Helmut Sacher's HoReCa Special Coffee is a high-quality blend of 100% Arabica beans that impresses with its classic roasting at the highest quality level. The Coffee beans are freshly prepared daily by means of gentle long-term drum roasting, which leads to a full-bodied taste experience. The fine mixture -produces fruity flavors that, together with a well-integrated acidity, provide an excellent aroma. This typical Viennese long-term roasting is a trademark of Helmut Sachers and contributes significantly to the unique taste of this coffee. 

At intensity, the HoReCa Special blend achieves a rating of 4/5, a strong taste. The roasting level is to be rated 3/5, a medium roasting level that helps to highlight the natural flavors of the beans. The acidity is rated 2/5, a balanced acid profile that rounds o the taste without being too dominant.
